BenI’d be lying if I said I tasted ‘whole tangerine & pineapple’ in Stone’s Tangerine Express Hazy IPA – a description they put on their website – but I didn’t. That said, this being my second of three Stone’s in two days, this is by far my favorite of the three. While perhaps someone with more sensitive taste buds would be able to more fully appreciate what Stone claims this to be, I enjoyed it despite not being able to taste that squirt of juice I was expecting.
It’s a good beer, 6.7%, 4 stars, but not tangeriney.
