BenNext up on the cleaning-out-my-fridge tour is Moosehead Lager, a beer that comes in a green bottle that has a picture of a moose on it.
Moosehead describes its ‘premium’ lager like this: “This golden, refreshing lager offers a fine balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Brewed with 100% Canadian two-row pale malt and Moosehead’s own lager yeast, Moosehead Lager is cool-fermented and cold-aged to impart its award-winning flavour.”
Perhaps it’s just me, but this beer is neither bad nor great. Perhaps the Canucks sit back and enjoy these frequently but I’m already looking forward to moving onto something more flavorful.
