It’s been awhile since I have posted but it’s not from a lack of drinking I can assure you! Today’s offering is Elysian Space Dust IPA, brewed by Elysian out of Seattle, Wa and Ft Collins, Co. The picture is the first thing that grabs you, a single hop blowing “space dust” all over..interesting and funny. The smell is slightly fruity smelling not easily definable but nice. The color, almost orangey, not quite copper but not too light. Now for the taste, it starts a little bitter then becomes fruity(slightly) and then the “hoppiness” of a typical IPA. It’s pretty damn enjoyable actually and the fact that this beer packs a punch with its 8.2% alc content makes it worthwhile to try. Give it a shot, 3.5 stars, enjoy.
