Hello all! As you can see this lovely beer from New Belgium in Fort Collins Colorado, is a darker brew. Personally I don’t love dark beers but I will give them a try anyway. This beer has a coffee smell like most of the dark beers I’ve had, although this one definitely has a hint of brownie flavor. I can’t taste the salted caramel part but it was fun to try a Ben and Jerry themed beer. These flavors can get a little crazy but variety is the spice of life, right?! I give this one 2 stars, mostly because it’s a little heavy, not much “dessert” smell or flavor. Worth a try at 6.25% but I will only be drinking it once.
